I mean, it's one thing if they're a really good voice actor and can alter their voice enough that you go, "wait, WHO does that character's voice?! Holy Crap! I didn't know that was them!!"

But honesly, don't hire voice actors that can't do that for multiple shows.

Because as funny as it was to hear Piccolo's voice in Armstrong, it's an exprience I'd rather not undergo again. Especally not with Edward's voice.

Ew, Roy wouldn't fit Allen at all. Maybe Kanda. Maybe. I see you're voice being used more for a Lavi and Alphonse's voice for more of an Allen honestly. I mean, provided those actors and do the proper slight accents for their respected characters right.

I was going more for the tone quality when saying Roy would be better for Kanda, like I don't think Allen should have a voice that sounds like a 30 year old male, he sould have a younger sounding voice because he is in fact young. Kanda however, being older, sould have someone with a voice that sounds older. It's just logical.

Yeah, but 15 and 18 are close enough in age that it shouldn't--

Then stop trying to defy my logic. It's the same logic that said you could have a deep sexy voice at age 15 while your brother Alphonse, who is but a year younger at age 14, still has the voice of a little boy-girl which the both of you kept for the past ten years of your lives. I mean it's once thing if one of you was a little late or early in going through puberty, but you'd think that coming from the same gene pool the two of you would sorta hit that part of life at the same time, especially with how close the two of you are.

Edward: But Alphonse didn't have a body that was going through physical changes, I mean aside from when Scar blew him up or Gluttony took a few bits outta him. If his body can't change then his voice can't either, can it? And quite frankly, if it were up to me, my brother would NEVER go through the changes of puberty; he'd stay little and innocent and pure forever. And we all know he isn't any of that...

But that's what I'm saying! That Allen needs a voice that is innocent and pure sounding, which is just what Alphonse has, see? I mean, you'd think that's just sorta a given if he's gunna be "chosen by God" or whatever. Case in point, and God said, "Oh Mary, you are a virgin and therefore you are pure and innocent. Here, have my baby." I mean, God just seems to favor those qualities in a person. I mean sure, Allen's already been paired up with everybody and their brother, but that comes with the territory of being a main character. The least people can do for him is not give him a voice that makes everybody wet in the legs just listening to it so that at least God can say that he sounded like a sweet and innocent kind of boy and that's why he was chosen.

Edward: ......Allen could sound like a hamster on heilum, so long as he talks in a British accent everybody is going swimming for him. ::sulking:: I just don't want him to use my voice to do it. ]<

::sighes:: Yeah, so apparently my mother wants to kidnap me all of tommorrow for "hardcore work for the move" she says.
